Cosmo-HR provides easy access to the most common employee data as well as valuable information such as company fixed assets, employment documents, etc.

Leave Management

Employees can easily create a new leave request and track leave history such as accrual, used and remained. Besides department managers can track used and remaining leaves of subordinates. Leave report allows a simple preview of the leave status of the employees.

Expense & Travel Management

Employees can organise out of town or country travels customer visits and makes expenses during the travel. Expense & Travel management helps employees to share their travel plan with managers and post their expenses to Dynamics 365 Business Central

Performance Management
Performance management stands on Competencies and Objectives backbone. HR specialist and manager can specify and evaluate competencies and objectives that expect from the employee. Performance management supports 90 – 180- and 270-degree evaluation for employees and their managers.
Hiring
Hiring module allows you to create open positions with details and manage candidates who applied to open positions. You can create hiring teams for the interviews and attach many documents to your interview such as Curriculum Vitae with your notes and opinions.
Vehicle Pools
Vehicle pools describes company fleet that can be book by employees to visit somewhere for a meeting or travel. Employees can create a vehicle request from the pool and book it if it is available on certain date and time slot. This operation can be linked an approval system that can inform to management team.
Time Stamped/Signed Documents
Administrative departments or managers can share a document with a department or significant employee that they would like to be approved with a signature or time stamp which shown as a QR code. These documents can be, Employment Contracts, Company rules or the documents related with GDPR.
Suggestion & Complaints
In some cases, employees may avoid raising their complaints to management directly. Suggestion & Complaints feature helps to employees to submit their suggestions and complaints to management layer electronically. Employees can share their suggestions and complaints with their personal information or anonymously.
